Mark Culleton is the COO of GreenBridge, leading the company’s mission to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions in the climate-tech and green infrastructure space. With over 25 years of business experience, Mark has built and scaled ventures with a strong focus on environmental and social impact.

He has worked across technology, construction, fintech, and social enterprise, and previously managed the restoration of listed buildings in Ireland—gaining hands-on experience in sustainable construction. As a business consultant and entrepreneur, he has helped secure funding from €30,000 to €10 million, supporting startups aligned with green innovation and long-term value creation.

Mark has been selected for key accelerator programmes, including Microsoft’s AI for Good, Google Start-Up School, Meta Boost Leaders Network, and Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers. His strategic leadership at GreenBridge is focused on expanding sustainable solutions across the UK, Ireland, and global markets.

Known for his results-driven mindset and collaborative approach, Mark brings deep expertise in sustainability, marketing, and business development. He is passionate about harnessing technology to tackle climate challenges and support inclusive growth.

Based in the South of Ireland, Mark is married with three children and remains active in GAA and soccer, having represented Kilkenny in multiple sports.
